Usage Rights

Public: 100% of the price (Standard). I reserve the right to post the artwork in my portfolio

Private: +50% (Total 150%). The artwork will remain confidential and will not be posted online.

Commercial: 300% of the price. (Currently Closed) .

TERMS OF SERVICE (TOS)

1. DOs & DON'Ts (Acceptance Policy)
-I WILL DRAW: OCs, Fanart, Couple/Shipping, Mecha, NSFW, Chibi, Monsters, and characters of all ages.
-I WILL NOT DRAW: Furry/Animals (lack of skill) , Gore , Children (or child-like characters) in sexual or suggestive contexts , Fetishes , Hate speech/Political/Extremist content , RPF (Real Person Fiction) , Heavy Copyright infringement, or AI-related content.
*Note: I reserve the right to decline requests that are too complex for the commission price.2. PAYMENT & CANCELLATION
-Payment: A 50% deposit is required upfront via Bank VN or PayPal.
-Cancellation:
+Cancellations are only accepted before the deposit is made.
+No refunds on deposits once work has begun.
*Artist Commitment: If I am unable to complete the order due to a lack of knowledge or an unmanageable delay, I will refund 125% of your deposit.3. WORKFLOW & REVISIONS
-Process: Sketch > Lineart > Base Color> Full Render.
-Timeline: First sketch update within 3 days of deposit.
-Completion usually takes 1-4 weeks depending on complexity.
-Revisions:
+3 free revisions during the Sketch stage.
+3 free revisions during the Lineart to Render stages.
+An extra fee of 50k VNĐ (~$2) applies for each additional revision.
+Major design changes not mentioned in the initial request will incur an extra charge of 25% of the total bill.4. RUSH FEES
-Delivery within 7 days: +10% of the total price.
-For each day earlier than 7 days: +10% per day (e.g., 6 days = +20%).
*I do not accept rush orders for delivery within half a day.5. GENERAL RULES
-AI Policy: My artwork must not be used in any AI tools or for AI training under any circumstances.
-Canvas Size: Dimensions (width or height) must not exceed 6000px.
-Final Files: You will receive the final files via Google Drive, including .png, the original .csp file, and a timelapse video.
*Note: By sending the deposit, you agree to all the terms listed above.

ĐIỀU KHOẢN DỊCH VỤ (TOS)

1. THỂ LOẠI NHẬN VẼ (DOs & DON'Ts)
-NHẬN: OC, Fanart, Couple/Shipping, Mecha, NSFW, Chibi, Quái vật, Nhân vật mọi độ tuổi.
-KHÔNG NHẬN: Furry/Động vật (chưa đủ trình), Gore, Trẻ em (hoặc nhân vật giống trẻ em) trong bối cảnh nhạy cảm/tình dục, Fetish, Nội dung thù địch/chính trị, RPF (Người thật), Vi phạm bản quyền nặng hoặc liên quan đến AI.
*Lưu ý: Mình có quyền từ chối nếu yêu cầu quá phức tạp so với giá.2. THANH TOÁN & HỦY ĐƠN
-Thanh toán: Cọc trước 50% qua Ngân hàng VN hoặc PayPal.
-Hủy đơn: Chỉ được hủy trước khi cọc tiền.Không hoàn tiền cọc sau khi công việc đã bắt đầu.
*Cam kết: Nếu mình không thể hoàn thành đơn hàng (do thiếu kiến thức hoặc quá hạn), mình sẽ hoàn trả 125% tiền cọc. :<3. QUY TRÌNH & SỬA ĐỔI
-Quy trình: Sketch (Phác thảo)>Line (Đi nét) >Base color (Màu cơ bản)> Render (Hoàn thiện).
-Thời gian: Gửi phác thảo sau 3 ngày cọc. Hoàn thiện từ 1-4 tuần tùy độ khó.
-Chỉnh sửa:
+Miễn phí 3 lần ở bước Sketch và 3 lần từ bước Line đến Render.
+Phí 50k/lần nếu vượt quá số lần trên.
+Phí 25% tổng bill cho các thay đổi lớn về thiết kế không có trong yêu cầu ban đầu.4. PHÍ LÀM GẤP (RUSH FEE)
-Xong trong 7 ngày: +10% giá trị đơn.
-Cứ giảm mỗi 1 ngày: +10% phí (Ví dụ: xong trong 6 ngày là +20%).
Không nhận làm gấp trong vòng nửa ngày.5. QUY ĐỊNH CHUNG
-Chính sách AI: Tuyệt đối KHÔNG SỬ DỤNG tác phẩm của mình cho bất kỳ công cụ AI nào dưới mọi hình thức.
-Kích thước: Kích thước canva không vượt quá 6000px.
-Giao nhận: File cuối gửi qua Google Drive (gồm định dạng .png, file gốc .csp và video timelapse).
*Lưu ý: Bằng việc chuyển khoản cọc, bạn đã đồng ý với toàn bộ điều khoản trên.
